1. Place an order
For your safety, if this is the first time you place an order, it can only be sent to the billing address of the cardholder or to the address of a company that we will go to independently verify later. To avoid delays, please make sure that your billing address is the same as that on your card statement, and write the name of the cardholder exactly as it appears on the card. Please also make sure that you enter your contact details accurately so we can communicate with you should the need arise.
If you already have an account, please log in using your email and password and you will be directly directed to the first page of the ‘Checkout’.
How to order
Buying on the Marluc Online Store is very simple: if you already know what you are interested in, use the specific links of the categories in ‘Clothing’, ‘Beauty’ or ‘Artistic Jewelery’. Once you have found a garment you want to order, select the size and color and click the ‘Choose’ button below. You will be able to see the selected items by clicking on ‘Cart’ at the top of the page. From the Cart you can directly modify the details of the products (quantity), remove them if you have changed your mind or add the products to your Wish List. To complete the order, click on ‘Proceed with order’.
Invoicing and shipping
Enter your billing information as shown on your credit card statement. Your credit card will not be accepted without an appropriate billing address and telephone number. If you are not a new customer, your billing address will automatically appear on the order summary page. If the shipping address is different from the billing address, enter the address to which you want your order to be shipped.
Select the shipping method suitable for the product or products you want to purchase from the list of options available. For more information on shipping, click here
At this point, you will need to verify that the address is correct, review your order and finally select the payment method and click on ‘Proceed with the order’. For more information on payment, read here.
After entering the billing details, in the ‘Order Summary’ you will find a summary of the products you are purchasing and the order total. Click on ‘Place Order’ to complete checkout.
Once you have completed the checkout, on the ‘Order Details’ page you will find details about your order, such as the billing and shipping address, the methods selected for shipping and payment and the summary of your order with the total amount. You will receive an order confirmation by email, with an order number that you can use to track your order. Once your products are shipped, you will receive the shipping confirmation by email with the details of the product or products that have been shipped.
Please refer to the size guide you will find on the product page to help you choose the best size for your needs. If you are not completely satisfied with the size you ordered, you can return the product and order a new size. For more information, please visit our Returns and Refunds section.
2. Change or cancel an order
If you are placing an order from the European Union under the Consumer Protection Regulation (Distance Selling) of 2000 (DSRs), you have the right to cancel your order by sending a written communication to our Customer Service within seven working days from the date delivery. You must send a communication specifying your desire to cancel the contract for the entire order to Customer Service within seven working days from when you received the products. You can send an email to email@example.com.
Upon receipt of your notice of cancellation of the contract, our Customer Service will send you an email with all the useful information for the return.
We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are directly responsible for damage to the products until we receive them in the warehouse. We also suggest that you use a secure means to send the return to us and that gives us the possibility to trace it.
