Return Policy

The purpose of Marluc (“the Seller”) is to ensure your complete satisfaction. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can exercise your right of withdrawal, without any penalty, within 15 working days from the day you received the products purchased on

1. Methods for exercising the right of withdrawal

You can withdraw from the contract within fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt of your products by filling in the return authorization request (Return Form) that you find

or by sending an explicit declaration of your decision (in the latter case, the burden of proving the correct and timely exercise of the right of withdrawal will remain with you).

We will confirm that we have received your request by sending you the subsequent return instructions via email.

The products to be returned must be delivered to the courier within fifteen (15) working days from the date on which you notified the Seller of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The products can be returned by sending the package via the courier indicated by the Seller, or by another courier.

However, it is not possible to change the chosen garment with another.

We reserve the right to designate some products on the site as “non-returnable”. This feature will be reflected on the non-returnable product detail page.

2. Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is exercised correctly if the following conditions are fully met:

A. The return authorization request must be correctly completed and sent to the Seller within fifteen (15) days from the delivery date.

B. The products must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged.

C. The identification tag must still be attached to the products with the disposable seal. All products offered for sale by the Seller are equipped with an identification tag attached with a disposable seal, which is an integral part of the asset. We invite you to try the product without removing the tag and its seal because returned products that do not have them will not be accepted.

D. Products must be returned in their original packaging complete with any accessories shipped with the products.

E. The returned products must be shipped from the country where you placed the order.

F. The returned products must be delivered to the courier within fifteen (15) days from the date on which you made your return authorization request.

If you have complied with all the required conditions, the Seller will refund you the price of the products purchased. You will be contacted if your return cannot be accepted because it does not comply with the above conditions. In this case, you can choose to have the purchased products back at your expense. If you refuse this shipment, the Seller reserves the right to retain the products and the corresponding amount for the purchase of the products.

3. Refund times and methods

After the Seller has received your return and checked that all the requirements have been met, you will receive an e-mail confirming acceptance of the return. Whatever payment method you use (credit / debit card or PayPal), the refund is activated by the Seller as soon as possible, and in any case within fourteen (14) days from the date on which it came to knowledge of the exercise of your right of withdrawal, once you have verified that the withdrawal has taken place in compliance with the above conditions.

The actual time for crediting or returning the sums you paid for the purchase of the products depends on the payment methods used:

A. purchase by credit / debit card: the repayment time depends on the credit / debit card management company, but usually takes place within two account statements. We remind you that the value date of the re-credit is the same as the debit, so you will not suffer any loss in terms of bank interest.

B. purchase via PayPal (if available): the refund will be made to your PayPal account and will be immediately visible. The actual refund on the credit card from your PayPal account depends on the institution that issued the card.

C. payment through alternative methods (eg SofortBanking, Giropay, Quiwi Wallet – if available): the refund will be made according to the method offered by the specific payment method. Please contact us at to receive further details on the specific payment method.
